Your pack shipment
Packages are generally sent within 1-2 business days, for some categories, the delivery time is 3-5 business days (outside warehouse) from receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD with tracking and delivery without signature, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
In the event that your order contains different material that comes from the two warehouses, shipping is done once; unless requested by the customer.
Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.
The return has a deadline of 14 days from receipt, in this case, through our system, you must open a ticket for the return job to be generated, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
