Please understand that we cannot accept the return of items in all cases. The conditions for return are as follows:

Unlimited right of return

- Return of a non-defective item

- Product is in its original unopened and undamaged packaging

- Receipt of the product dates back a maximum of 10 calendar days

- The supplier authorizes the return

Limited right of return

- Product is in its original unopened or damaged packaging

- Product is unused (new) and shows no signs of use

- Supplied accessories are all in place

- Receipt of the product dates back a maximum of 10 calendar days

Reimbursement is a maximum of the purchase price less a reduction that is defined by our technical support center. Normally the reduction amounts to 10%.

No right of return

- Used products

- Original packaging not available

- Supplied accessories missing

- Consumables opened

- Return period expired

Return of goods enclosed with the delivery note/notice of return authorization must be made only to the address given by customer service. This is done at the expense and risk of the customer - ToFeelGood.ch recommends shipping by registered mail. Upon request, we will be happy to arrange a pickup service for you for a fee.

In the following cases ToFeelGood.ch will cover the cost of return:

- Receipt of a different or unordered item (wrong delivery)

- Receipt of a defective item (DOA)

- Receipt of an incomplete article

- Incorrect article data in the online shop (wrong description)
