Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. Except for disputes related to consumer contracts, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is at the registered office of Easy4You Sagl. For disputes related to consumer contracts, the place of jurisdiction for customer claims shall be at the domicile or registered office of one of the parties, and for Easy4You Sagl claims the place of jurisdiction shall be at the domicile of the customer.
